IN Melbourne’s affluent Brighton East, a home has broken the suburb price record, raking in $7.5 million plus after a short expressions of interest campaign.

The home in Melbourne’s bayside, at 13 Creswick Street, sits on 1343sqm of land, boasts two separate frontages, a 10 car garage with a turn table and over 50sqm of living space.

Todd Dixon of Buxton managed the sale via an expressions of interest campaign, with a price guide of $6.85 million to $7.35 million.
