Charter Keck Cramer has created a National Valuations Manager role and appointed David Morton, who has been an integral part of our business for over 30 years.

Morton is a shareholding director at Charter Keck Cramer and specialises in commercial, industrial and retail valuations, as well as general property advisory work nationally.

In addition to his expert property valuation advice, David has also provided research and due-diligence consultancy advice for clients including the Devine Group, MAB Corporation and RSA Insurance Group.

Morton’s advice spans across the public and private sector, as well as non-for-profit organisations including the Epilepsy Foundation of Victoria and the Salvation Army.

He is on the Valuation panel of Australia’s major financial institutions and the Valuer-General Victoria.
