Charter Keck Cramer has appointed Chris Sutton to the role of National Director – Residential Development Valuations and Mark Willers to the role of National Director – Commercial Valuations.

Sutton brings more than 30 years of experience, having held a number of senior roles across the valuation and property funds management sectors, as well as valuing and advising on many of Sydney’s significant residential and mixed-use development projects.

“Charter Keck Cramer has been built upon a long-standing history of providing high-quality valuation and advisory services with a dedication to innovation, risk management and information security,” Sutton said.

“I’m thrilled to have joined the team and look forward to being part of the firm’s next chapter.”

Willers brings more than 20 years of valuation and consultancy experience relating to commercial office, industrial and retail property assets.

He most recently held the role of State Director – Commercial NSW for an ASX-listed valuation firm.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to join Charter Keck Cramer and look forward to contributing to the ongoing growth of its Valuation business,” Willers said.

“The firm’s multi-disciplinary capability provides a great foundation to deliver best in class, independent advice.”

Bennett Wulff, Managing Director of NSW, said both appointments were outstanding additions to the firm.

“As industry leaders, they each bring a wealth of experience across key asset classes,” Wulff said.

“These important appointments further strengthen our valuation business and enhance our capacity to continue to deliver market-leading advice to our clients.”
