Charlton brings 20 years of experience in commercial property sales to the role and will be based in the Perth office.

He will advise institutional and private clients on their acquisitions and disposal strategy within the metropolitan CBD area of Perth, alongside his colleague and fellow Joint Head of Capital Markets, Ben Younger, who joined the team in late 2022.
