Knight Frank has bolstered its valuation and advisory team with the appointment Hanna Clarke as Partner, Head of Retail Valuations Australia. 

Clarke joined Knight Frank from JLL, where she was in the role of Senior Director – Retail for more than five and a half years. 

She has more than 17 years of experience in the retail property industry, with 16 years focused on valuing shopping centres.  

Clarke has held previous roles at Cushman & Wakefield, AMP Capital and CBRE. 

“Knight Frank has an excellent reputation in the market and this role provides me with a great opportunity to work with exceptional people and valuers, whilst growing the retail valuation business nationally,” Clarke said.  

“My extensive experience in the retail sector, from financial reporting and mortgage valuations, to development feasibilities and advisory work, will enable Knight Frank to provide an exceptional service to clients.” 

Over the past 12 months, Clarke has worked with Scentre Group, Vicinity, Challenger, GIC, Dexus, AMP, banks, private owners and developers.  

Knight Frank Partner and Head of Valuation & Advisory Alistair Carpenter said Knight Frank’s valuation and advisory team now provided a full service offering to clients.
