Knight Frank has appointed Nick Mavropsi as the new Head of Asset Management Services (AMS) in South Australia, as the service line continues to expand in the state.

Mavropsi (pictured, centre) returns to Knight Frank after a three-year hiatus, having worked for Knight Frank as National Director of Sustainability in AMS for six years from 2014 to 2020,

He then spent three years as Director, Real Estate Management at Colliers, and has also worked for CBRE as Regional Director.

Knight Frank Managing Director South Australia Bobbette Scott said Knight Frank’s AMS business in South Australia had expanded over the past 18 months and was expected to continue this momentum into 2023, with strong fundamentals and an exceptional reputation in the South Australian market.

“Nick’s appointment will boost our leadership team as our AMS division continues to expand in the state, and support our growth,” she said.

“He will focus on leading the AMS team and developing existing client relationships and future business opportunities for AMS.

“Nick has more than 30 years’ experience in property management in senior leadership roles at a regional and national level, and we are delighted with his appointment.

“He will bring a unique set of skills that will provide exceptional leadership and support to our AMS team and our clients.”

Mavropsi said he was excited about returning to Knight Frank and leading growth in the business’s South Australian team.

“It’s a great opportunity to come back and work with a professional team with an excellent culture,” he said.

“I am looking forward to further enhancing our service to clients and building on recent successes.”

“With Bobbette Scott at the helm of our South Australian business, and with Nick leading a team of exceptional AMS professionals, our AMS business in South Australia offers a depth of expertise that can’t be matched by any of our competitors,” Knight Frank National Head of Asset Management Services Lisa Atkins said.
