Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed two senior leaders to its valuations and advisory team, bolstering the capabilities and expertise in its Sydney office.

Michael Pisano takes the role of National Director – Office, Valuations & Advisory and Mark Cassidy as Director, Valuations & Advisory.

Michael, who will lead the office valuations team across the Australian business, has over 25 years’ experience across valuation, research, asset management and capital transactions, having worked on Sydney’s most iconic buildings including, amongst others, Quay Quarter Tower, Salesforce Tower, Grosvenor Place, Governor Phillip and Macquarie Towers, Parramatta Square, Victoria Cross and Brookfield Place.

With a focus on institutional clients, Mark will work closely with Michael on the NSW office valuations business, drawing upon his 20 years’ experience working across global agencies here in Australia and in the UK.

National Head, Valuations & Advisory at Savills, Joe Phegan said the addition of Michael and Mark will significantly enhance Savills’ office valuations service offering in New South Wales.

“Both highly regarded operators in the industry, Michael and Mark bring a wealth of knowledge to our business. This expansion of the team’s senior leadership will serve to provide even greater value, skill and market-leading insights for our clients,” Phegan said.

Rob Anderson, State Director – NSW, Valuations & Advisory said they were delighted to welcome Michael and Mark to the team.

“Their extensive knowledge of office markets nationally and in New South Wales will be invaluable, as will their impressive track records supporting and advising their clients around their reporting requirements,” Anderson said.
