How the townhouses will look

Regional Development and Operations Manager for Stockland Communities Pauline Barton said the natural beauty of waterside living is part of the everyday at Delta.

“Our Delta site is in an established and high demand area. It is surrounded by golf courses, and opposite the Hope Island Marketplace that includes specialty retail shops and supermarket,” she said

Ms Barton said the start of construction signals a major milestone for Delta Hope Island, and we’re excited to see our plans come to life in one of the Gold Coasts’ most sought-after addresses.

“These architecturally designed homes situated in a prime location will appeal to lifestyles, upgraders, downsizers, and even first-home buyers. Approximately half the townhomes in the Delta community will have water frontage and all residents will have access to a shared pool and barbeque facilities, as well as several parks,” she said.

Hope Island is an established community, just 15km to Southport and 63km to Brisbane’s CBD.

Defined by its location and the orientation to the nearby river canals, the development maximises the site’s natural positioning and connection to the waterfront, making the most of the enviable address.
