As the country’s leading Australian property journal,  Australia and New Zealand Property Journal (ANZPJ) delivers the most comprehensive coverage of property and finance content online – industry news for industry professionals.

First published in 1981 under the Australian Property News masthead, the publication shifted to the Australia and New Zealand Property Journal in 2008 – a quarterly print publication.

Keeping with its long-standing history of delivering diverse coverage of all the major property sectors, ANZPJ has now shifted to an online publication managed by the Australian Property Institute (API) – API set and maintain the highest standards of professional practice, education, code of ethics and professional conduct for its members. 

Representing a wide range of property professionals, API advocate for our members with a range of stakeholders, providing the professional recognition each member deserves. In turn, all members of the API are highly qualified, highly skilled professionals with up-to-date professional development and experience.  

Our members can be found across all sectors of the property profession – in private practice and in the public sector – with API’s Australian Property Journal covering all major property sectors including retail, industrial, commercial, residential, planning, legal, rural and investment trusts.

This broad base of qualified and skilled professionals is unique to the API, with  ANZPJ dedicated to building a strong base for the future of the property profession. 

As the creators and custodians of the website, the Australian Property Journal welcomes thoughts, opinions and perspectives from all those in the industry.

ANZPJ is open to contributions from all facets of the industry, with university students and property professionals just some of the great minds contributing the Australia and New Zealand Property Journal.
